Hybrid – In office 3-4 days per week. Additional remote days are at the manager’s discretion.

An Am Law 100 International Firm is seeking a team-oriented senior litigation associate to join its construction practice. 

 

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate with at least eight or more years of construction litigation experience, including: managing junior associates, representing clients in complex construction litigation, construction defect claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Transactional experience with contract drafting and negotiation is a plus. 

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
