A prestigious Atlanta IP boutique firm is hiring for two positions: 

 

• IP Legal Assistant; salary 65k – 90k BOE. 

• Docketing Clerk; salary 60k – 80k BOE. 

• Business casual environment. 

 

Docketing Clerk: 

• Fully remote or hybrid. 

• The docketing role entails managing dates, reporting, etc. in Foundation IP.   

• Foundation IP experience preferred.  

• A minimum of 2+ years of IP docketing experience required.  

 

IP Legal Assistant: 

• Hybrid; in the office 3 days; flexible on the in the office times to alleviate the commute. 

• Position supports Patent Agents and Associates providing support to a team of 3 in total.  

• Domestic patent prosecution experience required; a minimum of 2+ years of experience required.
